Verb tenses in your sentences should be consistent and parallel with each other.

cooking - cooks

My mother is sociable and very nice to us. She have big pretty eyes.

My mother is sociable and very nice to us. She has big pretty eyes.

Singular subjects must have singular verbs. She is singular therefore has is more appropriate to use.

My younger sister always listen to my worries. She is very good listener.

My younger sister always listens to my worries. She is a very good listener.

The subject must agree with the verb.

My younger brother have dark skin. Because he love exercise. He often go out and play soccer and basketball

My younger brother has dark skin. Because he loves to exercise. He often goes out and plays soccer and basketball.
